Ramon Murillo – Artist Information
Ramon Murillo
At the heart of my images are personal and tribal symbols; these are combined with contemporary themes and issues to reveal and remind us what is important in nature and Native American life styles. I include traditional native arts such as beadwork, porcupine quillwork and deer hides. I believe it is important to keep intact my heritage and a sense of the sacred.
