what are aceo art cards?
what is an aceo art card? i know there artist trading cards but what are they for? and can i make my own or do i need to buy sepperate paper for it? and what sizes are they, and do i need to put anything else on it besides the art? thank you for answering, im really confused about these
Artist Trading Cards are exchanged or given away, they are never sold. The size of ATCs is 2.5 x3.5.
They are made on card stock or heavy watercolour paper. They can also be made of metal or plastic or fabric. They are exchanged in person or in group swaps. Their are several Yahoo sites open to general interest people from all over the world. That said there are also people who have corrupted all the fun and now sell their cards. They are available at ETSY sites.
The ATC community accepts people from all abilities. There are a few rules but you should not be bothered by them. They are fairly common sense sort of rules. They have not gotten in my way. I have been engaged in on-line swaps for about a year and local swaps for about 2 years. Join the fun.
