Imp Frame

If you took two videos, lets say, one a chick flick, and the other say, mission impossible, and alternated frames from the two moves (1st frame of chick flick, 1st frame of mission impossible, second chick flick, 2nd mission imp., and so on) how would your mind focus on the video? Would it be like watching both at once, or would males focus on the mission impossible film while females focus on the other?

I wold really like to put this to the test, but do not know what software to use that would automate this process. I have after effects, but I am not sure what kind of tool I would use in there to do that short of arranging the frames by hand.
